Buildings - Level 2 Inspections
Local Government has gradually commenced detailed (Level 2) condition inspection of asset components and sub components (similar to Level 2 bridge inspection), as described in the International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM).
The NAMF guidelines for building assessments support Level 2 inspection as an advanced Asset Management option.
These inspections will then be used to create a simple asset replacement program based on the Remaining Useful Life (RUL) of asset components.
Assetic myData facilitates the recording of Level 2 inspection details for assets in a number of asset categories and a future cash flow forecast is produced using in-built reporting tools.
To Add a Level 2 Inspection
- Click the Add Button under the Level 2 Inspection tab
- Fill in the required information and click OK

- Once inspections are added against an asset they can be viewed in a list. This data can be exported using the export function.
